Reading these pages together

The four timing rules fit together like frames in a game. The first 24 hours after ordering is the change window. Preparation then takes 1-3 business days, and transit takes 7-14 business days. Once your parcel arrives, the 60-day return window gives you time to try everything on at a league night or two. If you send something back, the refund follows within 7 days of the return reaching us.

Suggested Routes for Every Kind of Visitor

Different people come to Jersey Mill with different jobs to do. These routes string together the pages that usually matter most for each one.

The team captain ordering for the roster

Start with the Size Guide and share it in your team chat so players can choose their own sizes. Then open Custom Team & Name Jerseys and add one cart line per player. Before you pay, skim Cancel or Change an Order so you know the 24-hour window, because there is no proof step: we print exactly what you type. A captain building a Team Roster Back Tee can paste up to 15 names, one per line, and should read every line in the live preview before adding it to the cart.

The single player treating themselves

Open the collection for your sport, pick a style, then check the Size Guide for your size group. The FAQs answer most questions about delivery time and returns in a minute or two.

The gift buyer

Browse League Tees, Tanks & Hoodies and Hats, Socks & League Gear for easy gifts, then read Shipping & Delivery to plan around the birthday or the season opener. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. If the size misses, the Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the 60-day return.

The youth softball parent

The doubles partner abroad

If you live in Canada, Australia or New Zealand, read Shipping & Delivery first. Shipping is free to all four countries, and a parcel to Australia or New Zealand can take the full 14 business days in transit. Duties depend on the destination country; contact us if you have a question about your order.

The customer waiting on a parcel or a refund

Check Order Tracking or My Account for status, then the Refund Policy if you have sent something back. If anything looks off, write to us with your order number.

Getting Around the Site

The menu and the footer

The main menu at the top of every page leads to the shop and the collections. The footer at the bottom of every page holds the main help and policy links, so you can reach the Returns & Exchanges Policy or the Help Center from any product page without coming back here.

Searching for a style

If you know the kind of shirt you want, a search for a plain description such as “camp collar”, “raglan”, “racerback” or “hoodie” is often faster than browsing. Search by style rather than by a team or brand name: we do not sell products carrying real team, league or brand names.

From a product page back to help

The Size Guide is linked from sized products, and the personalised products explain each field right next to it. If you are partway through filling in names for a roster and need a rule, open the help page in a new tab so your typing is not lost.

Your account pages

Once you are signed in, My Account shows past orders and addresses. It is the quickest route back to an order number when you write to us, and it saves retyping an address when a sub joins mid-season and you need one more shirt.

Pages that change over time

Policy and help pages show a “Last updated” date at the top. When a rule changes, that date changes too, so it is worth a glance if you last read a page months ago. Collections change as styles are added or retired, which is why individual products are not listed here: the collection pages always show what is available right now.
